High Protein Acai Berry Smoothie

Serves: 1
Ingredients:
One unsweetened acai berry pack (100 grams)
One scoop (around 30 grams) of low-carb, high-protein powder (vanilla or unflavored)
1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup of frozen mixed berries (like blueberries or raspberries)
One tablespoon of chia seeds
Stevia or a low-carb sweetener to taste (optional)
Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions:
Start by running the frozen acai pack under warm water for a few seconds to thaw it slightly.
Open the pack and break the acai into pieces. Add the acai pieces to your blender.
Add the protein powder, unsweetened almond milk, frozen mixed berries, chia seeds, and sweetener (if using) into the blender.
Blend on high until all the ingredients are well combined, and the mixture is smooth. Depending on the strength of your blender, you might need to stop and stir the mixture a few times to ensure everything gets blended.
You can blend in a few ice cubes if you prefer a colder or thicker smoothie.
Pour the smoothie into a glass or bowl, and enjoy!
